Over the past eighteen years, we’ve evolved into a leading provider of nearshore contact center services, now offering comprehensive solutions including customer care, collections, back-office support, and sales. Our expansion has led to the establishment of seven modern facilities—six in Santo Domingo and one in Trinidad—strategically enhancing our operations and accessibility.
