Advensus’s CEO is an enigmatic leader whose sole aim is to constantly strive to improve the company’s service to its growing list of clients. “Good enough” is definitely not good enough. Having run call centers in his native UK, India and South Africa, he brings a wealth of experience unmatched in the local market. Married to a Dominican and with three young children he’s not going anywhere anytime soon, therefore the only option is to constantly grow Advensus to not only be the leading call center in the DR but the Caribbean!
Having studied Automotive Design, Thomas has been an entrepreneur since leaving university. Firstly opening a design studio, then venturing into the .com arena, to becoming an online consultant to finally building and managing call centers. These varied career paths have helped Thomas not only market and manage a company, but to also understand how technology can benefit the business and ensure the best quality product for our clients.
