As COO, Rodd Furlough brings 25+ years of call center experience to Advensus. Rodd has built and run numerous call centers in the US and Latin America. He has a strong commitment to developing teams that understand that we must not only establish strong client relationships, but couple it, with great synergies, efficiencies and capabilities to not only meet their needs, but to exceed them. Rodd has direct experience in a variety of verticals ranging from consumer packaged goods, health and beauty, wine and spirits, technology, telecommunications, energy and others.
Prior to joining Advensus, Rodd most recently spent 16 years working with a leading provider of call center services helping to transform the organization from that of an outbound market research company to a fully integrated and cross functional organization that handles: inbound and outbound customer interactions, sales, customer service, tech support Tiers I, II and III, social media and crisis management. Rodd’s goal at Advensus is to help companies realize their respective goals while doing so in a manner that is cost effective and ends with a great customer experience.
